2010 Call for Entries
Great design and remarkable achievements deserve recognition. Enter the 2010 Awards for Excellence in Architecture. The design award categories have been simplified, and a new category has been added to the Achievement Awards. Registration fees remain unchanged from 2008.
Design Awards Schedule:
- September 17: Registration Due
- October 13: Design Award Entries Due
- October 19: Jury Meets
- October 20: Winners Notified
- November 19: Awards Presented, Utah Museum of Fine Arts
The categories are: Built Architecture, Urban Design & Planning, Twenty-Five Year Award, and Unbuilt Architecture. For a description of the categories and eligibility, check the Call for Entries.
Member-owned firms of AIA Utah may enter the design awards competition. Projects must be completed since 2005.
Achievement Awards Schedule

- November 19: Awards Presented, Utah Museum of Fine Arts
Any AIA Utah member may nominate a potential recipient of the Achievement Awards. The categories are:
- Bronze Medal
- AIA Utah Firm Award
- Young Architect Award
- Associate Member Award - new category
- Client Achievement Award
- Honorary AIA Utah
- Distinguished Service Award
- Excellence in Building Award
